As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I have formal scientific training in how food works (and doesn’t) for our overall health. And although ‘Diet’ is in my title...I’m right there with you -- restrictive diets just don’t work in the long run -- because health can’t grow from deprivation, force, or isolation.

Going on a diet is like jumping into an icy pool on a cold day - you just can’t wait to get out! Am I right??!

My approach is to meet you where you’re at with what you need. It’s more like slipping into a warm bath. After a bit you forget you’re even in water.
